Special Access Services provides
quality ADA facility inspections and surveys of interiors and
exteriors of any business or service provided to the public, as
well as private educational facilities. Some examples include
college campuses, restaurants, hotels, cruise ships, parks, and
county or state offices. Using ADA building and renovation
guidelines, you are provided with a list of areas needing
modification, as well as suggestions for the most cost-effective
solutions to achieve ADA compliance.
Special Access Services will also assist with
the updating of your ADA Transition Plan using the information from
the facility inspection and creating a working document by adding
timelines and approximate costs. Keeping the Transition Plan
updated and on-track will help to prevent your customers from filing
a complaint with the Office of Civil
Rights in the U.S. Department of Justice.
